Ementa

Tendo em vista principalmente os debates da Ciência Política em língua inglesa, o objetivo da disciplina é apresentar as abordagens contemporâneas do Populismo e a sua relação com as democracias realmente existentes. Serão alvo de análise e de discussão diferentes interpretações de Populismo, além de diversas aplicações desta categoria para análises, sobretudo, mas não exclusivamente, de realidades políticas europeias e latino-americanas.

Objetivos

Objetivo Geral:

A disciplina tem por objetivo apresentar as abordagens contemporâneas do Populismo e a sua relação com as democracias realmente existentes.
