Ementa

Problemas, desafios, conceitos de sustentabilidade. Tecnologias agroindustriais mais sustentáveis; abordagens téoricas do processo de transição sustentável de novas tecnologias; governança de sistemas de transição, produtores, sociedade civel e sociedasde, o papel das empresas nos processos de transição, metodologias de pesquisa em processos de transição.

Objetivos

Objetivo Geral:

Discutir os principais problemas ambientais, novas tecnologias, teorias e metodologias que possibilitem o avanço no conhecimento e subsidiem projetos de pesquisa com foco nos processos de transição tecnológica com vistas a sustentabilidade.
