Ementa

A disciplina tem por objetivo discutir como as transformações na interação entre os atores nas últimas décadas tem evidenciado alguns elementos: mobilidade de capabilities (materiais e discursivas), incremento da ação política fora dos tradicionais centros de poder, reforço do multilateralismo em paralelo a radicalismos nacionalistas, e, novos temas.

Objetivos

Objetivo Geral:

A disciplina tem por objetivo discutir como as transformações na interação entre os atores nas últimas décadas tem evidenciado alguns elementos: mobilidade de capabilities (materiais e discursivas), incremento da ação política fora dos tradicionais centros de poder, reforço do multilateralismo em paralelo a radicalismos nacionalistas, e, novos temas. Nesse contexto merece atenção o mundo em desenvolvimento e a forma como se insere enquanto protagonista e coadjuvante dessas transformações. Três variáveis são fundamentais para essa discussão: Estado, Mercado e Desigualdades.Tão logo serão abordados: (i) a ordem internacional contemporânea e a distribuição de poder político e econômico; (ii) velhos e novos instrumentos de governança global e seus desafios, (iii) temas da agenda internacional: meio ambiente, protecionismo comercial, segurança sanitária e alimentar, migração e corrupção.
